This experience severely soured my it first impression of Spain

Disliked:The air conditioning did not work and we had to pay additional to stay at another hotel because our money was not refunded even though we did not spend 1 night there.

Disliked:There was not enough toilet paper, shampoo and hair conditioner and soap very little not even an once had to ask for more TV a 17 inches monitor and not enough channel to choose from specially news Chanel contacted the front desk to come to the room and help us how to use the TV channels the response was that needed to wait until the next day
