Liked:Spacious and clean. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and always welcoming.

Disliked:One of the lifts was out of order so that made it difficult on higher floors but not substantially so. We appear to have booked a bit out of the way of the city.

Liked:It was a nice room. That is all. Nothing else. Atrocious service.

Disliked:Staff were super rude. I did ask about the trash. Staff rudely said go down to reception to ask about the trash. Staff don’t have basic manners on how to treat customers. Can raise voice and say things like ‘shame on you’. Terrible service. I have the intention to throw my rubbish. But staff were rude. Threatened to hold my passport if I don’t throw. But stupidly she didn’t know it was against the law.

The terrace of the property is paid for (€10 per day), under supplement and by contacting the property directly.
