Friendly helpfu staff , all the trimmings & facilities but did not meet my expectations.

Liked:Staff were super helpful and friendly . Convenient location. Rooftop bar and also street cafe facility were very nice.

Disliked:Maintenance and workmanship was poor. Certainly not to 5 star standard. Transport to Cruise ship, booked with the Concierge, cancelled on us 30minutes before arrival time, but hotel staff were able to get us a local. Well done them.

Not worth really its 4 stars

Disliked:Many things, pool is small needs renovation and not very clean. Bed sheets are with holes, if you need anything staff will be pleasant and tell you we will do that and they never do or just do it much later. Thinn walls you hear all in the other room, they didnt even send me a card for birthday some of the staff were rude. Elevator the main one is used by staff and they make guests use other elevators. The main door does not function and the staff do not open to you the next door . Not worth the money
