Liked:The location was amazing the rooms were lovely as were the staff.

Disliked:Very sadly we had disabled facilities expressly confirmed that did not exist. We are in communication with the hotel for a remedy (especially requesting the website & booking.com be updated & assurance that people answering emails are aware of what facilities they actually have) as its vital that facilities are clear and also that what is promised is delivered. I hadn't wanted to do a review until after completing discussions with the hotel but as its my last day to review I felt it essential to do my best to warn other disabled travellers that the toilet in the 'accessible bathroom' is very low and has no rails at all around it. There ARE rails & a seat in the shower, there is no shower mat and the floor in the shower & bathroom is slippy. The door to the room is heavy and has no mechanism to hold it open making it difficult with a wheelchair. The seat that lowers you into the pool is broken and the lift that gets you up to the pool is also broken. The hotel are taking concerns seriously and I'm sure will remedy the situation, but in the meantime be careful if you are disabled that the facilities work for you.
