That was comfortable, front door and concierge were excellent. Property management was subpar.

Liked:The Concierge and door men were extremely friendly, polite and gave great customer service. We really appreciated their service.

Disliked:As busy tourist we were out all day and when we came back home to freshen up, there was no water and we never got any notification. We had dinner reservations and we did not feel adequately refreshed. I did not expect this from a four star hotel Very disappointed in how they handled this.

Disliked:Staff can more friendly take for ever to clean the room. The roof top loud front staff can be little nicer and more accommodative to costumer concerns

Good option in Eixample

Liked:The welcoming staff and our Junior Suite was spacious with a great bathroom. The bath and shower was excellent. Drinks on the roof top were nice.

Disliked:The room was a little dark. I need a freestanding ironing board. Doors to rooms were not sound proof from hallways.

The entire team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, seamless, and memorable. The level of hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care from every staff member truly stood out. A perfect blend of luxury, service, and atmosphere — I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended, and I’m looking forward to returning again soon! Thank you to the whole team for such an exceptional experience , I will miss my amazing 508 room🙏
