Not a good experience with the staff

Disliked:The staff . I was deceived when it came to paying for the mini bar …didn’t realize we had to pay for the things up in our room..when I was checking out , we were told to pay around 160pounds for something that clearly was in the room for guests ..when I argued it was, they deducted money unknowingly from my account..
