At €250 per night, with unfriendly service, an unclean room, and a location far from central Barcelona, I found this hot

Disliked:he hotel heavily promotes its spa facilities, yet nowhere is it clearly stated that spa access is not included in the room rate. Customer service was disappointing. Basic bathroom amenities such as a shower cap were missing, so I called reception. I was told one would be delivered, but after more than an hour and two phone calls, nothing arrived. The explanation that no staff were available after 23:00 was surprising for a hotel of this standard, and nobody followed up. Breakfast service was also poorly organized. After being seated by one employee, another interrupted my meal to tell me I was not allowed to sit at that table and should have waited to be seated. To make matters worse, my room was not cleaned despite the housekeeping sign being left on the door all day and the cleaning personal was waking around whe I left the hotel at 12:00. When I returned in the evening, the room was untouched and the bathroom smelled unpleasant.

Please note that the spa opening hours: Monday closed Tuesday to Sunday 10:00 until 14:00 and from 17:00 until 21:00 Use of a bathing suit, flip-flops, and towel is obligatory. It is not possible to use the room towels, guests can rent towels. Children aged 4 to 15 years old can only use the spa from 10:00 to 12:00, accompanied by an adult at all times. Children under the age of 4 years old cannot access the spa center. Please note that the restaurant service may vary according to the day. Please contact hotel for more details. When booking more than 9 rooms, different payment and cancelation policies, additional supplements may apply. Pets Allowed. A supplement of EUR 35 per pet per night applies.
