Nice hotel

Liked:The hotel was very nice and the room very good.

Disliked:Of the three hotels that we stayed in within Barcelona this one was the only one where the receptionist looked like she would have preferred to be somewhere else. We ordered twin beds in advance and this was agreed but when we arrived at the room they had not been set up. However they were fixed within 15 minutes.

Severely average and grimy

Disliked:The room was not clean - the edges around the shower cubicle were slightly pink indicating that there was soap scum (not been cleaned), the handle of the bathroom door broke, one of the pillowcases was dirty. What was most disturbing, though, and the main thing to prompt a review was that the two drinking glasses in the bathroom were dirty - there was left over scum in the bottom of the glasses indicating that they hadn't even been cleaned. Absolutely disgusting.
