Royal Treatment

Liked:From the moment my wife and I walked through the front door, we were treated as royalty by the staff here. Not only is the hotel beautiful and stylish, with a fantastic location, but the people here truly provide amazing service! Big shout out to Roxanne and Josef for making us feel so special!

5 star location, but only 3 star service

Liked:Location, good service by the bellboy, nice view from rooftop, free candies at the front desk

Disliked:Asked to put a small jar with milk in the free coffe stand in the room. They said they will do so, but never did. The room was not cleaned for 2 dsys untill we demand it. Not what I expected from 5 star hotel. There are street renovation outside: bad swear smell and tragfic issues.Should notify guests before making reservation.
