Lovely hotel, would recommend

Liked:Lovely balcony, spacious room, large, comfortable beds, great location. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is delicious!

Disliked:We couldn’t work out the tv, even with the instructions. The air conditioner is great, but we weren’t able to turn it off through the night.

Great location but a very low-standard hotel

24/7 The hotel's location is excellent—close to the Gothic Quarter and all the main attractions. There is a lovely room next to the dining area designed like a living room, which is great to sit in, as well as a charming terrace. The coffee machine is available 24/7

This is a low-standard hotel, more suitable for 2 stars than 4. There is no lobby. The breakfast is okay, but minimal. The rooms are very basic and lack standard amenities like body lotion. I stayed in a single room, and it was unreasonably small. Additionally, there is unreasonable noise in the room (likely an insulation issue). Every person walking down the hallway or closing a door sounds as if they are inside the room. I woke up from noise several times every night. I recommend looking for a different hotel in the area or even on the same street (there are several).
