Disliked:We wouldn’t describe the staff as friendly - universal experience in Spain though. My beach umbrella was stolen from pool area and staff didn’t care or were unhelpful when I was trying to find it Hot tub is only for adults which I found strange

Liked:We liked the location, the breakfast, the staff, the whole hotel colours and furniture, the lobby, the terrace, the hospitality and welcome dring on the terrace, the welcome candies.

Disliked:The welcome check in didnt tell us about the welcome hospitality offered for free, which is worth to say for the nice reputation of the hotel. The room's floor should be cleaned with soap every day.
