Liked:Clean well maintained place. Location is good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Liked:bidet in our bathroom. walking distance to corner convenience store and underground train lines. could cancel without a fee. this is entirely why we stayed. the other hotel tried to charge us a fortune for changing our reservation a single day because i mistyped the date. took too much back and forth to get it resolved. in the end, i didn't trust the very strict not refund policy on the other hotel. so just gave and found exe mitre.

Disliked:a bit too fsr from the hop on hop off bus line stop

Excellent hotel would highly recommend. Excellent location to bus and tube.

Liked:Good all round location. Friendly helpful staff. Clean room. Breakfast area clean and tidy good choice of breakfast items. Welcome water station and fruit excellent touch.

Disliked:No tea or coffee with in the room. Bacon in the same hot pot as scrambled eggs, one guest mixed the utensils which made me physically sick. Poor fruit selection for God sake we are in Spain, Spain has a proud history of fresh fruit.
