Liked:I changed rooms primarily because I had asked for a double bed however the first room had two singles. There was no issue changing rooms. Besides the bed, the second room had a much better outlook. Was large and comfortable. The first room looked out onto a building which also restricted the natural light. So happy I changed.

Disgusting

Disliked:Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am contacting you regarding my reservation at Citadines Ramblas Barcelona, rooms 420 and 421, booked through Booking.com. Today, I experienced a very serious incident with a receptionist. Following a simple misunderstanding regarding the check-out time, he shouted at me, insulted me and threatened to go outside the hotel to fight me. This happened in front of my wife, my 10-year-old daughter, my 17-year-old son, other guests and another hotel employee. My daughter was extremely frightened by the incident. The reception area is covered by CCTV cameras, and I have requested that the hotel preserve the footage. Even more concerning, when I requested the official Spanish complaint form (Hoja Oficial de Reclamación), the hotel refused to provide it. Since I selected and booked this property through Booking.com, I am asking you to urgently intervene with the hotel, investigate this incident and inform me in writing of the action taken. I have already submitted a formal complaint to the hotel management and reported the matter to the competent consumer authority. I expect Booking.com to take this matter seriously and assist me as your customer. Kind regards

Nice inside, ugly exterior, crowds and the road construction

Liked:Once inside the entrance, it was a pretty nice hotel.

Disliked:It’s downside is the outside appearance being underneath the Levi’s sign and next to a graffiti steel parking garage door entrance
