Nice hotel shame about the view

Liked:Can’t fault the location and staff or actual hotel comfort but they need to put on their website about the ongoing works happening at the front of the hotel we booked in with a view over the main road, but we’re unable to see this as there is hoarding over the front of the hotel and you cannot access the balcony secondly my wife likes swimming so we booked the hotel because it had a pool. What they don’t tell you is the pool is not in use over the winter period it would have been nice to have been told this prior to booking we would have chosen somewhere else

Liked:The whole experience of staying is this hotel was 5 star from start to finish. The staff are exceptional, we had a room with its own terrace, the hotel is super clean, the location is perfect and we can’t wait to return. The breakfast is superb and well worth paying for. Thank you for looking after us xx

Lovely hotel - David & Victor were wonderful!

Liked:Stayed in this hotel for the first time on a business trip, I usually stay elsewhere in Barcelona City. I’ll definitely stay again, the hotel was lovely - nice spacious room and bathroom. Very clean, modern and well looked after. David on reception was professional, helpful and always willing to help. Victor on the bar was equally amazing - friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I recommend this hotel and would stay again, the hotel itself is great and the staff are wonderful.
