Great unit, clean and good location.

Liked:Keys were digital so the process was very smooth, just downloaded an app to get access.

Disliked:The luggage storage situation was a bit odd, had to go to their second location to leave the bags since there was no concierge at this location. was still helpful to have a spot to leave bags. Instructions for key retrieval could have been better, initially I thought I had to pick them up from the other location, wasn't clear that there was a digital option until i message them.

We enjoyed Barcelona but the appartement did not meet our expectations

Liked:It was clean. That there were a supermarket around the corner.

Disliked:The shower was either too hot or too cold, not enjpyable at all. Bunkbed was not stable at all. Door system was difficult as only one person able to use and other people rang our bell in the night as they locked themselves out. Took long to set up the key app. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all. The table in the sitting room was wobly not able to use. Noone was available have not seen anyone from the staff. Weekend was noisy from outside.

Liked:The apartment is reasonable. The bathroom sink drain is clogged but it is only one night stay so we managed.

Disliked:Check in is a pain in the butt. Contact number was not in WhatsApp. The link to send deposit & city tax was not sent in advance, can not resolve the issue with the guy on the phone, had to drive to the reception desk to get the keys.
