Liked:I so much love the serene and beautiful rooftop ✨️ 😍 was amazing

Disliked:Didn't like the fact that the wardrobe was so little...but everything else was cool

Excellent hotel and staff but be careful in the area at night.

Liked:Excellent hotel, with modern clean rooms, great roof bar and friendly helpful staff.

Disliked:The property was great, however, at night you wouldn’t know you’re in Barcelona or even Spain. I was warned several times of the crime and for my wife to remove any visible jewellery to avoid being snatched. Not so noticeable during the day. Disappointing this has been allowed to happen as the hotel is excellent.

Good clean hotel, comfortable beds, good breakfast, location could be better

Liked:The beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and breakfast had a good variety

Disliked:The pool is very small and only 1 meter deep. The area around the hotel’s location was dirty and full of motorcycles and a bit loud at night time

I'll never back in this hotel anymore

Liked:Absolutely nothing the worst hotel I have ever been, all around hotel are suspicious people, whores and when the night has come it's not safe at all to walk alone

Disliked:The stuff at reception lying what they say because one receptionist told me that I have free airport shuttle, reserve that for me and when I have arrived at airport, they charge me almost €50 when I called hotel and ask the second receptionist told me that they don't have free shuttle service and close the line without any willing to help or advise. I paid a lot (almost 250€) for staying there because it was one fair and it's reasonable but customer care should be a priority for hotel guests
