Exactly what I needed

Liked:Very friendly accommodating staff, I arrived pretty late and check in was simple. I also misunderstood checkout times and they were very helpful with helping me retrieving my belongings when I returned past check out.

It was a strange experience that I do not wish to repeat.

Liked:Close to everything we needed. Easy to find and get to.

Disliked:No elevators. The pool (the main reason we chose this location) was closed with no mention of this on the website or booking site. Rooms and amenities are dated. 1 Staff person at a time doing multiple jobs made it difficult to get assistance.

The hotel was fine. I was charged for an additional night which I have not been refunded for.

Disliked:I updated my reservation for 1 less night, however I was charged for the original reservation. Booking.com nor the property have been able to get me a refund on the additional night I was charged.
