Fine nothing great

Liked:Staff was ok

Disliked:The shower was not draining, told the manager and nothing was done during the day and then went to shower in the evening and the tub was filling up with water and not draining, had to change rooms so my son could shower, and the fridge was broken in the room

Rude staff and off putting

Disliked:Upon checking...we went in to see if there was a possibility of checking early...this guy approached us at the front desk meanwhile on his cellphone..so I assumed maybe he was busy so I was like oh no rush we can wait etc...he continues to say ya I have call but I talk to u too...I said ok we have a booking here this evening and we're curious if there was a chnace we could get in early if not ok great...right away he says definitely not we are sold out in a rude tone...so I was like oh ok...we walked back out to the car....there we sat for awhile just wondering where to shop or what not...as we sat there for about 30 mins..we watched multiple families of the same race go in..like im talking probly at least 3 diff parties...a couple of them came out n starting taking things out of their vehicles..so I politely made conversation and had asked them if they were also checking in that same evening..to which they all stayed yes theat they had just checked in and came to get their belongings....so at this point I was pretty unimpressed...we actually ended up staying elsewhere who were much nicer !!!! Will not come back here
