Lovely hotel but beware building work next door

Liked:This is a lovely hotel with really nice modern, comfortable rooms however…next door to the hotel is a building site and the noise from here which starts at 7.45 a.m. is detrimental, particularly if you want a little lie-in. Just be aware of this before booking your stay. If we had been aware we would have chosen to stay elsewhere on this occasion.

Nice hotel in a great location

Liked:My husband and I have just stayed at RCL for 4 nights whilst visiting Banff. Plus points - large modern, clean room. Excellent location - only 5-10 minute stroll into downtown Banff. The staff didn’t really engage with us so I cannot comment on service. I found the entrance and restaurant area a little tired and dated.
