Comfortable

Liked:It’s near everything in downtown Banff the room was large and comfortable the place is clean

Disliked:The restaurant was very slow in delivering the food they need more chefs the food was good we only ate for breakfast the pancakes and French toast were very good the coffee was mediocre it tasted like instant coffee. The restaurant staff were good but the food was delivered late someone ordered just toast and butter but waited for 45 minutes most of the customers were annoyed that their order didn’t come out yet I heard them complaining it’s sad because the food was good.

Loved it

Liked:Well when we got there, though we couldn’t get our rooms next to each other we were given upgraded rooms which was really nice. So we enjoyed the room. The hotel clean and worth every penny. Walkable to town and away from all the noise.
