Two sleepless nights instead of rest after hiking. A complete disappointment.

Liked:The location was convenient, and check-in was straightforward. The room and bathroom appeared clean upon arrival, and two bottles of water and two coffee capsules were provided on the first day.

Disliked:We want to leave an honest review because we chose this property based on its positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience was completely different. Guests are required to remove their shoes immediately upon entering the house, but no clean slippers are provided. There were a few used slippers left in the entrance area, but we did not feel comfortable wearing footwear that had already been used by other guests. The common areas felt unwelcoming. There were cameras around the common areas, and many kitchen cabinets, cupboards and even the refrigerator were locked. Breakfast was very poor and extremely basic. It consisted of hard-boiled eggs, packaged croissants and muffins wrapped in plastic, bananas, apples, mandarins, a few yogurts, cereal and juice. Breakfast was advertised from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m., but on one morning the eggs were not brought out until approximately 8:25 a.m. We also saw other guests come downstairs, check the refrigerator and breakfast area, and leave without eating because there was very little available. The bedroom had several serious problems. The duvet was approximately 10 centimetres narrower than the mattress and was not large enough for two people to sleep comfortably. The bedding had a very strong chemical smell. Both my wife and I experienced severe burning and irritation inside our noses during the night and the following morning. We could hardly breathe comfortably, and the smell made it very difficult to sleep. We considered leaving the property early because the conditions were so uncomfortable, but unfortunately we could not cancel the remaining nights under the Booking.com reservation conditions. The toilet appeared to be leaking internally and refilled with water approximately every 20–30 minutes, creating repeated noise throughout the night. The wardrobe or storage cabinet was broken and could not be opened or used. We were afraid to touch it because it was already damaged. The soundproofing was extremely poor.
