Liked:Frequent shuttle to town, and beds were comfortable!

Disliked:Not super clean, and the water pressure in the shower was tough to rinse your hair with.

A beautiful and serene location!

Liked:This place was so nice. It is outside of the Banff town, but a 10 min shuttle ride down to town makes it a nice way to enjoy the bustle and to come back to serenity. The Room was very clean, spacious and the beds were so comfortable! The staff and shuttle drivers were very engaging and kind. It was wonderful waking up each morning to the view and serenity.

Disliked:The tap in the shower came off, the tub was deep, which was nice, but it was very slippery and an easy fall risk. No bars to get out of the tub. If I could make a recommendation, a shower mat would be helpful.
