Have a great time staying at Banff Inn. Love the underground parking garage. On-site Carlitos pizzas were very good.

Stay elsewhere

Liked:Stayed for 4 nights as part of a three week tour around western Canada. Though the location of the hotel was good we found this to be our least favourite in over 8 hotels we stayed in. Firstly the lobby is so dark & dingy & the reception staff were not friendly at all. We found we had to greet them each time we walked by. The room though described as deluxe was too small for our three cases and there was no room to unpack . There was only one glass in the room and two plastic cups; one of which had a hole in. Unfortunately my husband came down with a nasty cold & was resting one morning, The maid came to service the room and when I asked her if it was possible for her to come back a little later she stormed off! Other hotels nearby , upon a visit from us, seemed much nicer.
