Liked:We liked the cleanliness.

Disliked:We didn't like that when our car battery died when we got there, no one could give us any numbers of local businesses that could help us. Also, with the cost of what you charge for a room per night, your valet doesn't have a jump box?! I don't understand that. We got no help from anyone at the hotel. Also, two washcloths for a room booked for 4 people?? The doorman didn't say anything to you until spoken to. Had no idea where the lobby was until I decided to ask if he works there since he was just sitting there on his phone near the entrance. He was nice when spoken to, but maybe he should greet people.

Disliked:Had to wait 2 hours after 4pm to get checked in. They couldn’t handle the number of people. And they charged me for the room even though I fully paid through booking.com already.
