Overall great stay

Liked:Very nice, great front desk service. They were knowledgeable and quick with check in and check out process. Very comfortable bed, very HOT shower which I love.

Disliked:Just a red carpet stain; it would need to be steamed cleaned for removal

Nice for splurging

Liked:The view of the Harbor was amazing. Facilities and amenities were great

Disliked:Was not able to call the front desk (no response/broken phone) or arrange for room service. Each request required a trip down to the vestibule. Wound up ordering delivery which apparently was the thing as there was a staged area for the various delivery services
