Liked:Room was good,

Disliked:Check-out was frustrating and poorly handled. Even after I had left the hotel, my card continued to be charged and I was asked to authorize an additional $300 hold. My check-out was also recorded later than when I actually checked out, which created even more confusion. Instead of clearly explaining the charges, staff repeatedly blamed my bank rather than helping resolve the issue. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and stressful.
