The hotel room wasn't clean and carpet smelling.
Staff was exceptional and friendly.
Great location near the harbour and Inner Harbor East.
Rooms could use some updating and were slightly outdated.
Toiletries provided were very basic; parking was confusing.
Good value for money, but parking costs were unexpected.
Breakfast options were limited; only a Starbucks available.
Overall a pleasant stay with some issues.
