Nightmare on Lombard Street

Liked:This was the nastiest hotel I have ever seen. Everything was wrong from the door that had no lock to the mold around and in the tub. The bathroom was noisy; shutting the door didn’t help. I know there had to be major city violations. The staff was courteous and appeared to be unaware of the conditions of the rooms! We were given a 2nd room, which was worst than the first. This hotel should be closed permanently ! Our money was refunded by management

Parking the only problem. Place was great 😌

Liked:Staff very friendly at front desk Rooms clean. Need uplift for hallway rugs etc. but good deal. Water pressure on shower was great. Breakfast not consistent with meal selection. Bagels were stale. Everything else was good. Eating area very nice and great view. Very noisy outside. Bring earplugs if you need quiet to sleep. Lots of traffic but easy to maneuver walking. Be careful of one way vs two way traffic. Walking can be tricky as there are numerous tripping hazards so be careful where you are walking and give way to the scooter riders. Parking is the only issue. Was not given correct info from Comfort inn staff and as a result paid double. Would not tell us over the phone where to park and said we had to check in first. In order to do that we had to park…. At check in they said we were in the correct lot and gave us the discount. Leaving today found we were not in the lot that required prepayment and won’t give us a rebate so we paid double and unable to apply a discount as promised.
