The staff were so friendly and kind

Liked:The location was close to the harbor with different business around the area food, spa, tobacco stores and bars all walking distance. The staff were so friendly and kind they helped me find places to go. I would say despite what some of the reviews say my stay was great. I did speak to front desk when I first arrived about the reviews and like he said they are doing their best to change things around. I don't have any complaints and I will stay there again when I visit Baltimore

Disliked:I did not have a great stay, I actually checked out the very same day I checked in. There were stains and holes in the sheets and then when I went into the bathroom there was a loose fingernail on the floor. The cleanliness of the room was very poor and I did not feel comfortable at all in the room
