Liked:Property was beautiful.

Disliked:Over all food was not good at all. And we had early activity and send off with worst breakfast box I ever had. Rotton apples and was offered juice but no juice. We brought this up to management and he didn't seem to care much. We will not recommend this place at all. Stayed many WESTIN but this was the worst.

Liked:Right from the start we felt very welcomed and made to feel at ease. The staff and service were exceptional- from reception staff (Tushita and team), Roshan and team, to room maids, to bar staff (Rajiv and team), to catering staff, spa staff and every staff we met. We were made to feel special. Thank you very much for making our holidays very relaxing and special. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Liked:The Room was perfect, the staff was very friendly, the scenery was best. The complimentaries was top notch, the set up of the room was perfect. May, vishal, adriano were so friendly and went out of their way to make us comfortable and accommodate our needs. Jameel reassured me on the halal food status.

Disliked:The lighting was very poor in the room please include option for romantic and good lighting for the room. The ventilation was bad, the aircon was very hard to switch on and off , fan didnt have enough speed , we were very hot atimes. The basin opposite toilet , the flow of water was very slow. At kangan the 2nd visit our food got delayed, we received our order after 1 hour and that day staff was not friendly.
