Liked:Room Quality: Highly modern, luxurious, exceptionally clean, and featured excellent lighting. Bathroom: Beautiful, elegant, and very high-end shower area.

Disliked:Accessibility: No elevator access to the top floor. Climbing the stairs with my family and a baby was exhausting, and this was not disclosed prior to check-in. Service: Staff interaction was below expectations. Repeated requests for an ironing board were completely ignored. Inaccurate/Flawed Amenities: The advertised espresso machine was missing, and the mini-fridge was extremely small and barely cooled anything. Facilities & Dining: No lounge or common relaxation area, limited breakfast selection, and a disappointing balcony view. Family Suitability: The hotel is definitely not child-friendly.
