Very comfortable in Baku with a magnificent view on the Caspian Sea

Liked:The room was spacious, comfortable and clean - with a great view to the Caspian Sea. Location is convenient. I love the well sized indoor swimming pool (about 25 meters long!). It is wonderful to use the lake promenade for morning walks.

Disliked:The walk from the lift to the room was quite long, the hotel is quite large. Perhaps more lifts, particularly nearer to the swimming pool so one does not have to walk through the lobby using a bath robe.

One of the best options in Baku

Liked:Moderate room, top location and the staff making everything look perfect. Breakfast was well served, great options, kitchen staff super client-friendly. Black City longe and terrace great menu all cos of the staff (Arif great managing, Ramazan super helpful)

We had a wonderful stay and would happily return and recommend the hotel to others.

Liked:The hotel was excellent and in a great location. We enjoyed walking along the boulevard on a couple of evenings. Before we arrived, the staff contacted us via WhatsApp to welcome us and ask if there was anything they could do to make our stay more comfortable. Every query and request was dealt with promptly and efficiently, and they even kindly arranged a late check-out as our flight was in the evening. The hotel also has an excellent gym, which I made good use of, along with a lovely swimming pool and spa facilities. Unfortunately, we did not have time to enjoy the latter as we were busy exploring Baku and the rest of Azerbaijan. Overall, an outstanding hotel with exceptional service.

Disliked:Nothing we did not like.
