Liked:The receptionist held herself very well even when i was overwhelmed. And the rooms had their own washer drys which was cool and the view from the decked side of the building was cool as being able to seewa it sky tower.

Disliked:Key Issues Parking: Not enough for the location / number of rooms Room 1 - Poor condition & safety issues: Damage in almost every area Broken glass Missing bed blinds Plugs sparking Broken bed frame Room 2 - Better but still damaged: Oven was missing door frame exposing metal (thank god we didnt use this) One of the nobs were missing on the oven Washer/dryer lock was broken so didnt close properly (did cause one of my nieces to get burnt cause the machine was way to hot but as this was a bonus for us was 50.50 on that issue ) Child safety concerns — high risk: Niece burnt hand on dryer because lock was broken Hit head on unstable table Overall verdict: Not recommended with kids. Acceptable for a child-free couple who just needs a place to stay in the city. If you are the guest and want to post this Here’s a clearer, more impactful version of your review: Parking is very limited for the size of the property. Our first room had damage throughout — broken glass, missing blinds, and plugs that were sparking. We were moved to a second room that was closer to the photos but still had damage. I would not recommend this building with kids due to safety risks. My niece burnt her hand on the in-room dryer because the lock was broken, and hit her head on an unstable table. For a couple with no children who just needs a place to stay and can handle constant city noise, it may be fine.

Never staying here again unless they get a whole revamp done! They actually stay is far from what is advertised.

Liked:Honestly only thing i liked about the property is it was next to the sky tower, and the lobby otherwise I wasn’t very happy at all

Disliked:Was not what I expected at all, i booked here because of what they had advertised (balcony and views of the sky tower) we got put in the back rooms with no balcony and views of an abandoned building it felt very tight and small was very unhappy walking into the room. 5 mins within us arriving my 1 year old baby folded into the coffee table because the leg was broken so when she tried to put her hand on the coffee table she slipped an the leg folded in and now its left a big bump and bruise on her forehead maybe If the table was properly inspected before arrival this may have resolved in a better way, the walls were filthy and have not had a wipe down, there was a broken shelf just sitting on the side of it in one room, the curtains were moldy and needs a wash, the dishwasher handle was broken, broken plugs and one actually sparked when I tried to put my charger in, one of the lights kept sparking, their were no forks or a toaster in our room, bathroom door wouldn’t close so had to be held at the same time otherwise the floor would get wet, the rooms are NOT SOUND PROOF!!
