Please note that The Grand by SkyCity requires a NZD $100 deposit per night booked payable by credit card pre-authorization or cash deposit upon check in to cover any incidental charges. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that there is a 1.8% charge when you pay with a contactless and/or credit card. Please note that the private parking is valet parking and is offered at an extra cost. Public parking is also available for an extra cost. It is self parking and only allows 1 entry and 1 exit. Please note that when booking more than 9 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
