Won't book here again

Liked:The space of the room was good, size was perfect. Our dog had a good sleep

Disliked:Extra cost need to be stated clearly on the booking.com page BEFORE you book. Not in hidden drop boxes, wasn't very happy with payment for bond was told it would be refunded at check out only to check out and than told 10-14 business days. Make sure to read everything before booking.

Pet Policy. $150 per stay, maximum weight of pets is 20 kilograms. Its standardized to $150 a pet per stay. Maximum 2 pets per stay, charge is $150 a pet. Standardized across our hotels because thats a brand. $100 room cleaning deposit per stay. All cash/credit card stays are charged on arrival preauthorisation for their accommodations plus $100 per stay cleaning/mini-bar fee. The $100 is refunded at the end of the stay if not required.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
