Lovely

Liked:Beautiful room, loved the jacuzzi and pool. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location was great.

Disliked:It would be great if breakfast had signs for allergies. I had to keep asking on each item if it had dairy and gluten in it. One staff member never came back to me, others were busy would help then run off. Eventually I gave up and just had the basics rather than ask for each item.

Disliked:Nothing really. The bath is a luxurious touch but takes up a bit of space if you’re not into baths

Liked:Everything you need in one place, the rooms are beautiful and comfortable, the Spa is divine and the staff are friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, a short walk to the viaduct and many food and drink options close by.
