Disliked:Had to wait in a long check in line for 45min just for the hem to tell us our room wasn't ready at 4pm had a concert had to rush to get dressed valet parking was horrible plus the people outside was trying to over charge us and have us pay at the window very upset workers trying to scam us isn't ok

For it to be my first time at Tropicana I didn’t like it at all. Terrible service. Terrible! Wouldn’t recommend

Disliked:The elevators were always taking from 10-15mins to arrive… the air conditioner wasn’t working. The $5 discount was given to me at the end when I was checking out so I couldn’t even use it. Why not give it to me in the beginning so I can get the $5 off.
