Beware Security Deposit Charges

Liked:I booked four rooms for my family under my name. The hotel met our needs, was clean, quiet and generally a good time was had. Jamal, the front desk agent for check in, was outstanding. It was a bit disappointing to learn that breakfast room service is not available until the end of week. However the three star rating comes from the four security holds that were never removed from my credit card. First I had to call the hotel three times because customer service/front desk never answered. When I finally managed to speak with someone, I was told that the security charges had been removed the same day that we left. Untrue. My credit card company informed me that they had in fact charged me and that a refund needed to be initiated. I will not be returning to the hotel as this was such poor customer service.
