Liked:Nothing was good there. Vacation was ruined.

Disliked:Unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing hotel stays we have had. We booked a double room for 3–7 September but checked out early because of the conditions. We found a large dead cockroach in the room, the air conditioning barely cooled the room, and the shower pressure was so weak that I had to hold the shower head directly against my body to wash properly. I am seven months pregnant, so having a cool room, a functional shower and basic cleanliness was especially important to me. We reported the problems more than once. The hotel later told Booking.com that we had refused alternative accommodation, but the only room offered had two separate single beds, while we had booked a double bed. We are a married couple, and I wanted to sleep comfortably next to my husband. I even offered to pay extra for a better room, but was told that no upgraded rooms were available. The breakfast was also extremely poor quality. There were no fresh fruits or vegetables. The omelette had a very unnatural texture, almost as if flour or starch had been added. The sausages had a very unpleasant taste, and what was presented as bacon seemed more like reheated fried ham. We struggled to find anything we actually wanted to eat apart from milk and cereal. After we physically checked out early, the hotel also failed to provide the promised written confirmation that same day, and they refused to refund the money for unused nights. We just moved to a better hotel for even cheaper money. I would not recommend this hotel for a holiday. In my opinion, it does not provide the standard one would reasonably expect from a four-star hotel, and we left extremely disappointed.

Disliked:Although renovated , bed sheets need to be changed , tv only 3 channels out of 50 , breakfast basic and coffee undrinkable.
