Liked:The breakfast was great, and the room itself was very good. However, we booked a room with a balcony, but the room we received did not have one. Also, an extra bed was provided even though it was not required. The location of the hotel is close to the places we needed to visit, which was convenient. However, the area around the hotel did not feel safe due to the presence of many homeless people and drug users. Because of this, we did not feel comfortable walking around during our stay.

Liked:The breakfast, staff and cleaning was great.

Disliked:The location. This part of town was full of drug addicts, prostitutes and homeless people all over the streets. It is not suitable for families with small kids, single or small groups of women. The hotel was a bit old and run down but they did their best. Could use a fresh up when it comes to rugs, curtains and such.
