Liked:The pool is a nice bonus in the summer heat..

Disliked:Make sure you arrive by main street as the area isn't great. The bathroom especially could use a renovation. The breakfast was very basic, we preferred to eat outside.

Liked:Absolutely lovely staff! The lady at the reception was the sweetest and very helpful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The location is very central.

Nice hotel but be careful of the area.

Liked:The property is easy to locate and not far from city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Disliked:The area this is located is very rough. It is okay during the day but at night, it’s not very safe. Our taxi driver even warned us when he was driving us there. The first room we were put in, the tv did not work and the roof was dripping water all night. There was also a weird pipe rubbing noise almost all night. The staff moved us to a second room the following night which was much nicer however, still had the pipe rubbing sound, wasn’t practically clean and lacked basic necessities that you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The room are advertised as “sound proof” however this is not true. We could hear people in other rooms, in the hallways and even in the rooms above us at all hours of the day and night which made sleeping difficult.
