What Guests Say

8.6

Excellent

61 reviews

Highlights

+Many guests report very clean / well-maintained accommodation
+Responsive and helpful host / good communication
+Close to metro and essential shops
+Well-equipped apartment (coffee pods, toiletries, kitchen supplies)
+Good value for money / reasonable pricing

Could Improve

–At least one report of dirty floor and water in bathroom on arrival
–No microwave reported / minor missing amenity
–Some noise from street or the apartment above
–Worn mattresses / uncomfortable beds for some guests
–Ground-floor window/privacy concern; a bit far from city centre for some

Cleanliness1.0

Mixed reports: many guests describe the apartment as very clean and 'impeccable', but there is at least one strong complaint about a dirty floor and water in the bathroom on arrival, which lowers the net cleanliness sentiment.

Service1.0

Consistently positive: hosts are described as very communicative, helpful and reachable; check-in is noted as smooth and well explained.

Location1.0

Generally praised: close to the metro, bakeries and supermarkets, convenient access to transport; one comment notes it is a bit far from the city centre for some travellers.

Room Quality1.0

Mixed: rooms are described as comfortable and well laid-out, but there are recurring negatives (mattresses worn/through, some noise from street or upstairs, ground-floor window concerns) that reduce the score.

Amenities1.0

Positive: well-equipped with kitchen supplies, coffee/tea pods, shampoo/conditioner, vacuum and cleaning supplies; one guest noted a missing microwave.

Value for Money1.0

Positive: several guests comment on good or reasonable price and good value for what is offered (low-cost option with adequate facilities).

Food and Beverage1.0

Not specifically reviewed in the text; assigned the target overall rating.

Overall Experience1.0

Mixed overall: many guests report a very pleasant or excellent stay with good communication and comfortable, clean lodging, but notable negatives (a serious cleanliness incident, mattress issues and occasional noise) temper the aggregate overall experience.
