Disappointing stay, poor accommodation and even poorer customer service from management.

Disliked:Extremely disappointing stay. I requested a twin room as I was sharing with a work colleague, but we were given a double bed. The only solution was for me to sleep on a spare mattress on the floor. No apology, reduction or compensation was offered. I raised my concerns with Charles, the manager, and was shocked by his rude, defensive and unprofessional response. He even accused me of blackmail simply because I told him I would be reporting the matter to Booking.com and sharing my experience. Rather than taking responsibility and trying to resolve the situation, I felt I was blamed for raising a legitimate complaint. It is completely unacceptable to expect a paying guest to sleep on a mattress on the floor and still pay the full price.

Ideal spot for Paris

Liked:What a great place to stay. Fabulous breakfasts. So grateful to get into our room early after 30 hour flight. Comfortable bed. Near the train line so easy access into Paris (once you master the ticketing system) & a lovely "village" atmosphere with beautiful patisseries, shops to buy fruit & vegetables, fromage, wine, flowers. Everyone so helpful with my attempts to speak French :)
