It stunk

Liked:Good location for the most part, except for all night traffic noise

Disliked:Girl at front desk didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Insisted on charging me a fee for my service dog - She said “anything with hair” (which isn’t legal in VA). I basically had no choice, as they would charge me for the room anyway if I walked out, and I’d have no place to stay. Toilet ran constantly, thermostat didn’t work at all so it got really hot in the room, there was NO breakfast (advertised as free breakfast) I didn’t get any sleep, left around 5:00am, there wasn’t even coffee when I left.

Liked:Where it was since I traveled 10 hours to get there. The place is beautiful on the outside. Could use some cleaning up

Disliked:The bed was nomore than a spring cot. And the smell was horrible on the pillows like if someone else slept on them. There was no soap, shampoo... nothing. And all the yelling from the people that are there, which it looks like they may live there. Idk but I was very disappointed.

Liked:Well kept considering I didn't know pets were allowed in any room but I still felt unease.

Disliked:Pets were allowed in any room. Dead bolt wouldn't engage with the slot in door frame. I could only use the secondary locking unit. Had to request technical support accessing my room Wi-fi.
