Could Improve
The hotel rooms are very dirty. Housekeeping does a minimal job and it always felt dirty.
The staff is very nice, providing a positive experience.
The location is good and close to the Biltmore Estates.
The sofa bed mattress had spots underneath it which was concerning.
The amenities are minimal and the fitness room is dirty without water or towels.
Good value considering the location and free breakfast.
Free breakfast was a plus.
