We enjoyed the Renaissance Downtown and the overall energy of Asheville

Liked:Location was ideal -close to many restaurants and shops. The room provided a quiet evening to take in the sunset and mountains Staff was courteous and informative

Disliked:No safe in the room to store valuables. Decor was tired - needs a refurbishment. Staff knowledge of location and things to do in the area was poor.
