My stay was a ten and will be staying again.

Disliked:Everything was great besides having to wait a while to be checked in . He young lady was the only one working.

Nice clean and comfortable place to stay

Liked:The wife and I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The location was close to restaurants and shopping. The drive to the Biltmore estate was not far at all, maybe 5 miles. I would stay here again if we come back to Asheville. The hotel looked new, I think that it had just been refurbished for the changeover to La Quinta
