Mostly happy, fun week

Liked:The room was very basic, missing stuff like coffee cups, tables and basic necessities The pool area and the beach were quite nice and the service to get food or drink there was great too. The proximity to Aqua Park was awesome and also to Beach Park for a few restaurants and live entertainment at night. However, for any other restaurants you need to take a taxi. The breakfast buffet got very boring with the same items day after day. We did dinner at resort 1 night and did not like it. Do the Cerea Buggy ride, it is a fun time with great photo opps

Beautiful Place, But Not Ideal for Everyone

Liked:I had a great time at this hotel! The location is excellent—super convenient and just a short walk from everything I needed. The grounds are beautifully maintained, offering a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property and the direct access to the beach. One of the highlights for me was the friendly and helpful staff. Everyone I interacted with was kind, attentive, and genuinely committed to making the stay enjoyable. Another great bonus was the direct access to Beach Park—a huge plus! As a hotel guest, I also had the amazing perk of being able to enter the park one hour earlier than the general public, which made a big difference in enjoying the attractions with less crowd. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for convenience.

Disliked:While the hotel has many strong points, there were a few aspects of my stay that left me somewhat disappointed. First, it’s important to note that the hotel is heavily geared toward families with young children—I’d say at least 90% of the guests were families. This made for a very lively (and often overly noisy) atmosphere throughout the day, especially in common areas and during mealtimes. If you’re looking for a quieter, more relaxing getaway, this might not be the right fit. Secondly, while I genuinely enjoyed the quality of the food, as someone who doesn’t eat meat, I sometimes struggled with the limited variety of vegetarian options. A bit more attention to dietary preferences would go a long way in making the dining experience more inclusive and satisfying. Lastly, one detail that really surprised me: during dinner service (we were on the half-board plan), they only served regular coffee—no tea, no decaf. I found this odd, especially for a hotel of this standard. In summary, it’s a lovely place with great potential, but some improvements in catering to a more diverse range of guests—both in terms of food and overall ambiance—would definitely enhance the experience.

Liked:Even the best room seems to be of a 2 star hotel, dated and not well maintained. Staff did not explain anything about the hotel services. The Booking rate does not include the tickets for the aquapark.
