Liked:Great location and service. Francisca from the kitchen has been extremely responsive to our requests. Half board did not include beverages at diner. This was not properly informed by Booking during the engagement.

Disliked:Poor beach facilities. 10 bed for the entire hotel.

Liked:Excellent location, amazing food on breakfast and dinner. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disliked:Water on booth swimming pool was very cold. The room I’ve got, was under the elevator engine room and I presume water pump as well. It was very noise during the night. Room number was 1510.

Liked:The food was good. Both breakfast and dinner buffets offered a variety of options.

Disliked:The hotel claims to have facilitated access to the park. However, it is not true. You have to go under the same, an inefficient access control, as if you weren't a guest. About the rooms, lighting is terrible. In the bathroom, there are yellow and almost dim lights. For activities such as shaving and brushing the teeth, it is definitely awful. Also, poor information about the ammenities is provided by staff on check-in.
