Please note that guests are required to show a credit card on their arrival. The details of this card must match the ones of the reservation's holder. In case of advance payment required, the credit card used to pay the deposit must be in the name of guest and presented at time of check in. Please note that all guests under the age of 18 years are only allowed to make a reservation in presence of an adult and are required to have an adult (+18 years) present during their stay at the hotel. Please note that the use of swimwear is compulsory in the sauna. Please note that the fitness area is open 24 hours a day. However, the swimming pool and sauna are not. Please note that as per the 1st of February 2017 a Low Emission Zone will be active in Antwerp city center. This may result in additional costs for certain vehicle types. Cars without a Belgian or Dutch number plate are required to register before entering the low emission zone. Please check the conditions beforehand. Children between 12 and 18 years of age are charged EUR 40 per night when using existing beds.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
