Fantastic views and restaurant

Liked:Gorgeous view from our balcony. Plenty of space in the room for our family. Lovely, modern bathroom, looks newly refurbished. Restaurant for dinner was excellent, really friendly staff and delicious food. Plenty of choice at breakfast and no problems finding a table. Children enjoyed the hoppolino. Room was warm but with blinds down in the day, fan, and opening windows at night, was cool for sleep. Great location for the zoo and gardens. Travel card included for Salzburg.

Disliked:Very expensive for standard of rooms and facilities. Room needs refurbing to same standard as bathroom. Pillows very thin. Would've asked for more but no staff at reception when came to ask. Hoppolino albeit enjoyable for children, a few items were broken or dirty, but easily avoided. Because room was hot, unable to have blinds open in day which made room dark.

Liked:The place has great facilities and amenities, ample parking and friendly staff. Spa area was fun for the adults while the kids were jumping on the trampolines. The room had a fan since we came on a hot day and it did the trick.

Disliked:The room we had was a bit outdated and lacked AC but the fan supplied, views and facilities compensated for it.

Family friendly hotel, conveniently located close to salzburg old town

Liked:The mountain view from the balcony, the play area for kids and the staff were really flexible and understanding of the family needs.

Disliked:It was too warm with no ac in the rooms. But they did put a fan in the room. Also there was no kettle to make tea or coffee.

Great place for one night transit with family but also we can imagine longer stay

Liked:Surroundings and views were beautiful. Staff was nice, meal was delicious.

Disliked:Nothing special to say except for higher price level. Nevertheless apparently for the location it was alpropriate
