Great stay in beautiful hotel, but be aware: no aircon

Liked:+ everythig looked in perfect state, as new, very clean, well decorated + staff was very kind + plenty of choice, and fresh products with breakfast + good shower

Disliked:- no aircon. Rooms were quite warm, and it was half of September. I can imagine that in the high summer season it’s going to be a quite the challenge. Window can be opened, but depending on the room it can be noisy due to the high way and there is no musquito fence to keep them outside. - with breakfast there was only 1 (very loud) coffee machine, so there can be lines. And certain breakfast items could be restocked faster.

Perfect place to stay. Only mile to the main center of Anif for restaurants

Liked:Property is right outside of Anif proper with a cornfield across the street. People walking or jogging and felt safe. This was our 14th night on the trip and for 10 euros you got the laundry room to yourself. Electrolux washer and dryer, wash basin, iron board/iron, drying rack if needed and laundry tablets and dryer sheets. Breakfast is extensive.

Disliked:No air conditioning, but I knew this when I booked. We kept the door to the balcony open as we were on 2nd floor.
